It's not a signature because the senders never see the
information reproduced (most spam is sent from addresses
you can not reply to). Simply put, its an attempt to
evade signature evaluation by making the mail content
pseudo random. Filters depend on static signatures to
evaluate spam versus normal mail, otherwise it can't
tell the difference and must pass the mail through.
