Perhaps, but unlikely.  The OP posted script code that he said was 
from the site and which quite clearly (and easily confirmed in simple 
system testing) would achieve what he described...

Besides, if it wasn't the script code lifted from the suspect web 
page, there are several other viruses and Trojans that include CD 
tray opening, closing or cycling payloads.  Further, many (probably 
most?) remote access Trojans include open/close the CD tray as one of 
their standard commands.  Why would specifically single out this one?
