Even worse than the length of the message, I couldn't find a single line of new content 
in Mr Neilsen's post! And he included the note from the list manager stating "When replying
please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than 'Re: Contents of Full-Disclosure
digest..." :-)

To the list owners, I would like to propose two things. I'm not sure if mailman allows the
the first, and I am certain that it allows the second. Both would be good, but the second
would reduce noise all by itself:

1. Bounce any message that includes the instructive text from the digest, as the poster
clearly has not trimmed anything. (e.g. the instruction to edit your subject line)

2. Add a regex to bounce/require approval for messages with a subject containing
"Re: Full-Disclosure digest, Vol" as it is almost certainly someone who is blatantly 
ignoring your instructions.

If something like this doesn't go into effect soon and the noise continues, it's time to
add a procmail recipe :-)
