and can't see two identical sentences. Can you show me one? These look to me
to be two individuals who've discovered the same problem by different means.

What I meant was getting multiple copies of the same mail. It turns out that
Bugtraq is resending the message to full-disclosure if it is in the cc field
(which is unbelievably dumb). 

That is to say, any message that is cc'ed to Bugtraq and Full Disclosure
goes to Full Disclosure twice. I'm cc'ing this to Mark Cox as they might be
able to fix it (like using just the "to" field).
