Nope. At least the effect "answer comes in before question" is something 
I experience here, too. I didn't notice dupes so far, but I have to 
admit that I skip most of the messages (read: I delete most of them) 
when the thread they are in isn't interesting for me. So chances are 
smaller to notice dupes, I guess.
