I pasted the link through Windows Messenger, to a co-worker to test, same
issue.

Here (IE6, latest WIndowsUpdate patches on XP, all EN)  I have the problem
too.
First time only an error after I closed IE.
Second time right away at opening the link.
Co-worker had it only after a certain amount of time (5 secs..)
