Mhhhh... just let me think about something: If you connect to the network, 
MS knows your MAC address. And if the box is modded or modified in an other 
way, they will block this address forever. But what happens if this MAC 
address is spoofed and someone connects to the XBox Live service with 
hundreds of different spoofed MAC addresses and MS will block all of them? 
Yes, if they block access for lots of other (in reality unmodified) XBoxes. 
Wouldn't this be some kind of DoS attack?
