Actually, Microsoft tells in their online help of the script encryption 
utility, that it is not a real protection and it can possibly be hacked 
easily. Therefore, the users should not rely on it. And please don't forget 
that they need to sue all anti-virus companies, too, because all scanners 
are using similiar code to scan inside of such scripts...

BTW, isn't the decryption of polymorphic viruses or worms against the US 
law, too? The authors wanted to hide their trade secrets... am I right? ;-)
