Most unfortunate that you didn't.  It is a fairly well known / 
discussed / documented side-effect of a recent Internet Explorer / 
Outlook Express. It is a duplication of your address book.

Simply rename ~ to "emailsgalore.wab" and click on it. Your friend's 
entire albeit limited contacts are all in there.

Though your "friend" has your name it seems: Joel Helgeson's 
Contacts ;-)
