That's awesome man...I couldn't have said it better.  Censorship laws
are very dangerous because they can be selectively enforced by law
enforcement with the benefit of confusing a jury.

If you wanted to take the ATF's approach, it's not just having a
keyboard that is breaking the law, it's the combination of having a
keyboard AND the Windows operating system installed....since the
protection doesn't work on the UNIX operating system you will be safe if
you erase your hard drive and install Linux.
