Microsoft has revised the patches for MS03-042, MS03-043, and MS03-045
as of Oct 29. This is on top of Oct 22 revisions for MS03-041 and MS03-044.

One has to wonder if the effort in re-fixing -041 through -045 is the
reason we haven't seen -046 yet.
