Subject: Feeding Stray Cats

There really is only one way to solve this, and that is to moderate the 
list. At least temporarly, until the noise dies down. At which time the 
list can be unmoderated agian.

I loath the idea of moderating a security mailing list, however, the un 
moderated thing is just not working.
