You *can* run Checkpoint on a Nokia ('Chokia') but you don't have to;
it will also run various other commercial, proprietary infosec products
such as WebSense, Trend a/v, It's-Still-Shit RealSecure etc. IPSO is
indeed a BSD-based Unix platform. GNUkia GNU toolchain is still available
