Subject: SIP client

Several people have asked me to notify them if I find a SIP/TLS client.
So far, the only thing I've found that has the potential to meet our
requirements is this Java client on Sourceforge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/jsip/

It does SIP, but not TLS yet. I've queried the author about adding TLS
functionality, and since it's a Java client, I wouldn't think that would
be too hard to do. There should be existing libraries for TLS
functionality.
