This is the Okena product, after Cisco's acquisition. They were previously
distributing a better technology - Entercept - by OEM arrangement. Entercept
got cocky about what it would cost to be acquired, and Cisco went for Okena
in a matter of weeks!
These are "bolt-ons", which give capabilities management to legacy OS's -
Winders and Solaris. Similar to LIDS or the "St. Jude" model :
