Subject: sample of what's required to be written in a security related contract

One of our customers asked us for a machine that would
ensure their local network security. Our commercial
representative came and asked if i had a solution for
them. I told him i could install a linux machine in
bridge between the customer's router and his local
network and snort. Everyone was happy with the idea up
to a point where my fellow colegue from the commercial
dpt. asked what guarantees could i offer and if i had
a sample contract for such services. Now my fellow
posters, i ask for thy help. Could anyone help me with
such a contract ? Basicly any IIS-like paper will do.
A sample contract for this type of services.
Kthx.
