His site was hacked. People pay him to run some lame scripts and 'secure 
their servers'... in order for him to do this, they email him their ip/host 
and login information... the information made public was a list of login 
information from his clients... as such, you should be able to login to all 
of those boxes until the owners find out that the said information was made 
public.
