Obviously the windows metafile exploit from this week must not count. I
guess all the unpatched IE exploits don't count either (where is that list
of unpatched IE issues?)

heck just google on "unpatched IE exploit" if you want to see a list of
exploits that were in wide use before MS even acknowledged there was a
problem let alone announced a patch.
