Message-ID: <008301c40c12$eb16c860$231a90d8@NTAUTHORITY> From: geoincidents at getinfo.org (Geoincidents) Subject: Re: Microsoft Security, baby steps ? > Is any other OS any better lately ? When you want to be the leader, you don't ask questions like that. You recognize problems and you solve them and one of the problems today for Windows is that MS is making it very difficult to keep patched if the user doesn't want to put the machine on the net BEFORE it's fully patched. (a valid security oriented attitude) Microsoft has proven they have the ability to solve these problems, windowsupdate is among the best and easiest ways to keep up to date, but this is a continual complaint among their customers who don't want to go on the net before being fully patched and it is something they do need to address.
