Maybe we should have an unwritten rule here - rather than having a whole 8 line disclaimer at the end of your email, just write:

Disclaimer: "It's not our fault!"

and everyone will know you/your company/your ISP/your dog are disclaiming all responsibility for anything that happened after the Schleswieg-Holstein war...
