	Gadi, don't be so defensive. I think Nick said it well when he
stated he deletes quite a few of this same type of mail everyday. I do, I
know that my colleagues put up with the same BS. It happens and , without
trying to be mean, if you did your homework you would understand how this is
possible. I am not down on you, but please remember your audience.
