Unless you're the victim of bozo sysadmins, such as the milwpc.com user. :)

Unfortunately, there's enough bozo sysadmins out there that can't be bothered
enough to look at the Received: lines and discover a joe-job before they start
flaming, and enough broken mail servers out there, that there's no really good
way to deal with the problem, even if you deploy a standards-compliant
countermeasure.
