balderdash.

anyone who has been following the suit knows that SCO is just playing
the stock market like a game of cards with the lawsuit being their
winner-takes-all bluff.  It will crumble soon enough.  Just a question
of how the bastards find a way out of the criminal charges after all is
said and done.

If you are at all worried, just download the source to Linux from their
ftp server (which contains the GPL) and patch it up to the current
kernel level via 3rd party sources.  That way you can rightfully claim
they released it to you under GPL and no other license.
