Subject: Linux bugs, fixed in current dev-tree

Greetings,

refering to the changelog of Linux, a possible remote / local exploitable
security related bugs.
I just wonder why no exploits have already gone to wild - did I missed
something? This bugs are known and fixed in the dev-tree for nearly a month.

From: http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/testing/patch-2.4.27.log

* e1000: fix probable security hole - dawm, I use this card...
* Fix potential memory leak in devpts
* Fix potential memory access to free memory in /proc handling

My poor terminal-server...

Keep smiling
yanosz
