so has the EU gained victory in regards to stripping out IE and
maintaining the same functionality with regards to "file associations"
eg. http:// and file history, network connections, etc.?
Would be an interesting sysdiff. Plus, if you work for even a state
gov't level position you would most likely gain access to source code,
in the US...
