Subject: Experience with SourceFire?

Folks;
We are in the process of re-evaluating our IDS.
Part of the evaluation will be to entertain bringing
in other solutions (we currently run Demarc Puresecure
and open source snort).
We really like the SourceFire technology and my
question about them has nothing to do with that.
My question is about the organization.
For instance, does anyone have any information about
their tech support, sales and professional services
units?
Are they responsive?
Do they do a good job keeping the customer updated and
informed?
In a nutshell we are looking for how well these facets
of their organization function.

Feel free to reply of the list if you like.

PS. This is in now way meant to be a slam on
SourceFire. I'm just trying to do my due diligence for
the company.

Thanks! (and sorry if this is too off topic)
