Subject: WIndows XP SP2 "breaks" things

All,

One thing that definitely will make certain products unhappy is M$ has
turned off outbound connections on the loopback subnet 127.0.0.0/8.
So any product that used to utilize a loopback address for connectivity
is not going to be able to do that anymore with SP2 unless some serious
modifications occur, and this is *not* related to the Internet Firewall
feature AFAIK.
