Dot OH means it is about the 400th variant of the "Small"
family (the english alphabet runs 26 letters, then AA,
AB..BA, BB...RQ, etc. )

Can you imagine how bored the AV analysts must be to see
essentially the same malware day to day changing very little
each time? Do you expect them to do a writeup of each single
piece of malicious code?
