Though experience and still a lack of those letters might eliminate one as
a cadidate for those and even the lower paying jobs in info sec these
days.  HR tends to get swpamed and not be able to properly digest the
resumes and applications it gets hit with, consulting and contracting
firms falling prey to HR issues are not likley to have enough clues nor
get them even in a face up or phone interview to fill in enough blanks
either....
