Yes, but getting mothers to allow the gov to implant 120 wire electrodes
in their newborn babies to effectivly use the technology on the public at
large might cause an outcry from those ladies.  course, congress could
always legislate the reuirements eh?


of course, on a semi serious note, elctromagnectic imaging scans have
proven to be pretty effective in noting the difference in a lying brain
and a truthful one.  Now if they can just consolidate all that equipment
into a small handable wand kinda device...
