I didn't really answer your question.  IM39571.jpg doesn't exist, so
you'll get a 404 page instead.  Using any other file that doesn't
exist, such as does_not_exist.jpg, will cause the same result. 
Someone figured out that they can use the 404 page to get the browser
to do other things.
