Singh) Subject: client - server Hi, There may be some prog/agent/process that may be running on ur system and whch is helping "them" identify u. For eg. Some part of "the Game" may require internet connection and when u connect they send ur details like ur user-id, hardware-id etc etc. This may allow the site to identify u and thus ban u again. Check all the programs that connect to internet.
