Subject: Sago Networks allows use of root passwords
	inclear text channels

I have been with this company about 5 months now and have had excellent
service. The only problems I have had were this friday when they had some
intermittent routing problems. OK that sending of the root password is a bit
dodgy, but you dont actually have to send it when you open a ticket, as I
never put it in. If I did need them to have it i'd probably ring them up.
