Subject: Secure Data Deletion Idea?

You know, there is one method that never sees much discussion, even
though it is probably the most effective physical destruction method.
It is much better the using a ?"shredder"? as one person above
mentioned (or another, who laughably claims to use a sledgehammer).
What is this method? Why, thermite! fill a ceramic crock (such as
old sourkraut crocks) with thermite (easily homemade), drop the drives
in, and light the thermite... you end up with literal slag.
