"may not be the appropriate way" may well be the understatement
of the year so far.

*SIGH*

If one reads ISP as IP Services Provider, then maybe blocking
of certain services to force customers to use the "Service 
Provider"s so called "services" would be acceptable. Not even
needed to mention the deteriorated quality such IDP deployment
will cause. If they ever use the word "Internet" in their
marketing, then somebody should educate them the hard way 
about the Internet's supposedly being an open network 
in the widest possible meaning.

Will they ever learn?

(...unassorted mutterings about who be the first ones up
against the walls when the revolution comes...)
