I've been lurking on this list for a while. Here is my worthless 2
cents: 

We have Ilfak's patch installed on 100 pc's here; F-Secure tested the
patch on 500 pc's and no problems. F-Secure, Steve Gibson, Tom Liston
and the rest at SANS recommends using Ilfak's patch. I can't think of
anyone more creditable then the experts at SANS.
