Joe, I am not really up to date regarding voter fraud this past election. However, politics has alot to do with this mailing list such as laws and regulations (Patriot Act) affecting the IT security sector. 
I feel alot of people who voted republican are the majority who want GWB out of office. And yes, this mailing list is solely to share information concerning security, only to say demonizing one person (GWB) accountable for killing thousands of innocent people should not be a shock to this list!
