Thank you to all who have responded. I appreciate the feedback.
In the past when I discover problems, I would notify the company
directly and tell them how to fix it..
Since this was beyond 1 company and broke fed regulations, I ended up
handing it over to an acquantaince at the Bureau.

I would like to have the contact info for a good computer security
attorney (if I need it because of this whole fiasco).

I might be a black kettle, but my hat is white.
