Well, Jay Leno and every other comedian out there is good and truly fucked then.

Please check (and cite) the actual legal code - I believe you'll find that in
most cases, it's "impersonate with intent to <something>", and the <something>
is lacking here.  I think you'd have a hard time convincing a judge and jury
that any of the "impersonation" attempts have been anything other than humorous,
especially considering the *real* n3td3v's track record at being unintentionall
funny...

Well, one of 2 things is happening here:

1) You're impersonating n3td3v yourself.
2) You're talking about yourself in the 3rd person.

You probably need either legal or psychological assistance.  Either way, it's
going to get expensive....
