The problem with companies is that they are pubicly traded. This means
that if total profits for your company are 1,000,000,000 each year,
and you maintain a profit margin of 1,000,000,000 per year, you are
floundering.
I feel that if a company makes one billion per year, that is pretty
fucking good. I dont care if you make 900,000,000 the next year, and
950,000,000 the year after that. The fact that you are bringing almost
1 bil per year in profits is pretty sweet IMO.
With a pubicly traded company, making less one year then you did the
year before is a sign of attrition. SELL THE SHARES AND RUN!!!! Even
if you are only pulling .95 bil.
