February 27, 2006 PENNSYLVANIA BUSINESS EXECUTIVE WHO UNLAWFULLY
ACCESSED AVON COMPANY'S WEB SITE IS SENTENCED

Connecticut Computer Crimes Task Force
Kevin J. O'Connor, United States Attorney for the District of
Connecticut, announced that CHRISTOPHER PORTER, age 30, of Wyncote,
Pennsylvania, was sentenced today by Senior United States District
Judge Alfred V. Covello in Hartford on his conviction for
unlawfully accessing a commercial computer. Judge Covello ordered
PORTER to serve one year of probation and to pay a fine in the
amount of $1500 and restitution of $13,443 to the victims of his
illegal conduct. PORTER pleaded guilty to the offense on December
8, 2005.

According to documents filed with the Court and statements made in
court, between December 2003 and March 2004, PORTER, President of
Knowledge Key Associates (doing business as "The Training Camp"),
of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, unlawfully accessed a commercial
website in order to obtain business leads that belonged to a
competitor, the now-defunct Advantage Technical Training ("ATT") of
Avon, Connecticut. The Training Camp and ATT were both in the
business of providing computer training.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David
