grandiose ideation, paranoia, pressure of speech, knight's move thinking

Take a train or a bus up the coast to Crail or whatever and do some of
the walks up there.

Go to Jackie O's or whatever it is called these days and get yourself a partner.
Just try to get more into your life so that you can try and get some
sort of normal perspective as your postings over the last couple of
years have been working their way towards a formal psychiatric
diagnosis...

You apparently live very near to some of the most beautiful
countryside in the UK and you really need to get away from the
keyboard for a while. Go fill your lungs with clean air and spend some
time speaking to people that don't consider themselves to be living on
the fringes of society.

Please remember that FD is a mailing list and is here to inform
(sometimes amuse, sometimes annoy) but it is merely one amongst many,
many, many sources of information.
