Subject: How do you guys do it?

How do you manage to go out, randomly, and find vulnerabilities in all
different kinds of ways?

How do you know how to exploit these vulnerabilities, as well?

Just curious here, all I seem to be able to do is listen to you guys
discovering cool new things... :-|
