[Codegate 2010 CTF]

1. Who?
  - Anyone who has interest in Hacking/Security can compete in the
preliminary match.
  - But only 4-ppl/team in a Final Round. and
1-team/Community(group,club,company...whatever you may call it)

2. How?
  - Preliminary match is a sort of "Step by Step" Manner.
  - You have to solve the previous challenge to try the next one.
  - The 1st 8 teams who break the challenges will go to the final round.
    (If there're teams who can't join the final round, next ranked team can
participate in the final)
