3) Description of Vulnerability

Secunia Research has discovered a vulnerability in DVR Remote ActiveX 
Control, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a 
user's system.

The vulnerability is caused by the ActiveX control during 
instantiation automatically downloading and loading DVRobot.dll from 
the "manifest" folder of the web server invoking the ActiveX control.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code via a 
specially crafted web page and hosted DVRobot.dll file.
