Issue
The Apple Music Android application (versions 3.8.0 - 3.10.2 were
tested, versions 2.0.1 - 3.7.2 have not been tested
[https://www.info-sec.ca/advisories/Apple-Music.html] ), does not
validate the SSL certificates it receives when connecting to the
mobile application servers.
Impact
An attacker who can perform a man in the middle attack may present
bogus SSL certificates which the application will accept silently.
Sensitive information could be captured by an attacker without the
user's knowledge.

February 22, 2022 - Apple sent an auto acknowledgment
February 23, 2022 - Apple responded stating that they are investigating
March 9, 2022 - Apple asked for additional information
March 10, 2022 - Provided additional information on how to reproduce the issue
October 4, 2022 - Apple published a security advisory

Upgrade to version 3.10.2 or later
