Subject: CVE-2021-47602: mac80211: track only QoS data frames for admission control

Description
===========

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

mac80211: track only QoS data frames for admission control

For admission control, obviously all of that only works for
QoS data frames, otherwise we cannot even access the QoS
field in the header.

Syzbot reported (see below) an uninitialized value here due
to a status of a non-QoS nullfunc packet, which isn't even
long enough to contain the QoS header.

Fix this to only do anything for QoS data packets.

The Linux kernel CVE team has assigned CVE-2021-47602 to this issue.

Mitigation
==========

The Linux kernel CVE team recommends that you update to the latest
stable kernel version for this, and many other bugfixes. Individual
changes are never tested alone, but rather are part of a larger kernel
release. Cherry-picking individual commits is not recommended or
supported by the Linux kernel community at all. If however, updating to
the latest release is impossible, the individual changes to resolve this
issue can be found at these commits:
