In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

RDMA/mana_ib: boundary check before installing cq callbacks

Add a boundary check inside mana_ib_install_cq_cb to prevent index overflow.

The Linux kernel CVE team has assigned CVE-2024-38542 to this issue.

	Issue introduced in 6.9 with commit 2a31c5a7e0d8 and fixed in 6.9.3 with commit 168f6fbde0ea
	Issue introduced in 6.9 with commit 2a31c5a7e0d8 and fixed in 6.10-rc1 with commit f79edef79b6a

Mitigation
==========

The Linux kernel CVE team recommends that you update to the latest
stable kernel version for this, and many other bugfixes.  Individual
changes are never tested alone, but rather are part of a larger kernel
release.  Cherry-picking individual commits is not recommended or
supported by the Linux kernel community at all.  If however, updating to
