In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

fs/ntfs3: Add rough attr alloc_size check

The Linux kernel CVE team has assigned CVE-2024-50246 to this issue.

	Fixed in 6.6.60 with commit e91fbb21f248
	Fixed in 6.11.7 with commit 2fcae4c2014a
	Fixed in 6.12-rc3 with commit c4a8ba334262

Mitigation
==========
